
A mother in Shanghai, China, has brought forth indistinguishable quadruplets, implying that they are one in 15 million. The four young ladies were conceived on July 7 in Shanghai, China and were released from doctor's facility on September 22.
The four infants were given birth to by cesarean section at Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University after 31 weeks.
The young ladies weighed 1,120g (39 ounces) 1,100g (38 ounces), 950g (33 ounces) and 780g (27 ounces) individually. They were later transfered to Fudan University's kids' hospital and put in intensive care where specialists assessed their condition.
As indicated by reports, the youngest of the four had respiratory issues which have now made strides.
The aggregate expense of treatment was 400,000 yuan (£46,000) with about 300,000 yuan (£34,000) originating from two charity funds.
