It happened at 4th Avenue in Gwarimpa, Abuja. The video demonstrates two Unclad men walking around, then they shook hands and began strolling in same bearing with their hands over their shoulders, then an auto pulls over to converse with them and the men went on the assault.
Does anybody know what was the deal? The men were supposedly later arrested.
