A Nigerian Citizen newspaper reporting the results of a football match between the women and men football team, in which the women were successful enough to hold on for a 2-2 draw,the match was played at the Zrc on Saturday, 11th of September 1956.
According to the reporter, the women had a higher rate of winning if they were paired together once more.
