A man's hand was allegedly chopped off today in akwa ibom, As indicated by reports, the man pictured above had his hands slashed off at Aka Itiam/Ibiam Street in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State while purportedly attempting to take a flat screen Television from a football viewing center.
